Corporate Social Responsibility Activities

As a part of rendering its corporate social responsibility, Modi Builders is helping over 420 government schools by providing basic infrastructure and facilities. The schools are in need of basic facilities and need urgent attention. Modi Builders also believes in making a social impact and as a part of our CSR activities we are helping over 1 lac students in over 420 government schools in Hyderabad and Telangana State.

The work being done at each school is as follows

  3. Drinking water Painting
  4. Drainage
  5. Power connection

Basic Infrastructure

  1. Power connection, electrification, fans, lights etc.
  2. Drainage and bathrooms, water connection
  3. Water connection
  4. Drinking water works
  5. Civil repairs, water proofing
  6. Carpentry and other miscellaneous works

Essential supplies

  1. Benches
  2. Teachers desks
  3. Blackboards
  4. Other essential items

Recreation

  1. Playgrounds for primary schools
  2. Volley Ball , Badminton, Hockey for high schools
  3. Play and sports materials such as skipping ropes, chess, carroms etc
  4. Tennikoit rings for high schools
