PRICE
 
For the same quality, specifications and amenities, our prices are lower than other builders by Rs. 500/- toRs. 1000/- sft. Our pricing for villas and apartments cannot be matched by any reputed builder even after discounts for the following reasons.
We don't have any investors and normally don't take land on development. Hence our costs are lower by Rs. 400/- sft to Rs. 500/- sft, since we don't have to keep margin for these people.
All construction is carried out directly by the company and materials are purchased directly. No contracts are given to companies to make the buildings thereby saving Rs. 300 to 400 per sft.
With our experience in construction and economies of scale we are able to purchase input materials cheaper.
Unnecessary high rise structures above 15 floors add Rs. 500/- sft to cost giving no benefit to occupants of lower floors.

Excellent amenities ensure a great quality of life for the entire family and children especially. Projects with similar amenities are atleast 40% to 50% costlier than ours.
 
TITLE
 
We guarantee that the title of our projects will be perfect.
We have a separate legal team ensuring that title is perfect.
We have local knowledge and are aware of the legal and title problems in Hyderabad.
 
PERMISSIONS
 
All our projects have been sanctioned by HMDA /GHMC and have the necessary Fire Department /Airport clearance. We don't follow the common practice of selling prior to sanction. This ensures that the buyer is not cheated and knows exactly what he is buying and that the house will be handed over in time. During the sanctioning process plans are greatly modified. Sometimes sanctions take years to come and the buyers are left waiting unnecessarily.
We ensure that there is strict adherence to sanction plans. We don't construct extra floors etc. The normal practice is to construct 20 to 40% extra area. There is a chance these deviated structures may be demolished.
It should be noted that gram panchayats have no jurisdictions to give layout sanctions. These buildings can be demolished any time. We ensure that all our permissions are sanctioned by HMDA/GHMC and not the local panchayat.
 
WORK PROGRESS
 
Work on all our projects is continuing at the same pace. We have not slowed construction due to the slowdown in the real estate industry. Most builders have slowed or stopped construction completely leading to great uncertainty for the buyer. In such a situation, the buyer is not certain to get his house on time and may have to pay a lot of interest on his home loan.
