TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sale Consideration has been calculated as follows:

	Cost per sft X Area of the House +
	Amenities charges : Rs. 2,80,000/- +
	Water, electricity & generator back up Charges : Rs. 1,20,000/-
	Rates are for plot sizes mentioned above. For other plot sizes shall be increased or decreased on a prorata basis.

2. Vat, Service tax, Stamp duty & Registration charges extra.

Payment Terms

[Home Loan (OR) Self Finance]

	Booking amount: Rs. 25,000/- for all schemes.
	Confirmation amount: Rs. 50, 000/- with in 1 week from the date of booking.
	Margin Money of 15% within 15 days from the date of booking.
	45 % of sale consideration within 30 days
	20 % of sale consideration upon casting of slabs
	10 % of sale consideration upon brickwork
	5 % of sale consideration upon completion of flooring
	Balance 5 % on completion
	VAT, Registration and Service tax amounts payable at the time of registration.

Customer choosing to avail home loan must also process the same to comply with the above payment terms.
